On Algorand a cleared control address can never be reinstated. The report names which powers the issuer renounced for good, and the transaction that did it.
Configuration history is traced back to the asset's creation. If the scan didn't get there, the report says so.
Every statement links out to a public block explorer, and each one is labelled with how it was established: an on-chain fact, a deterministic derivation, a curated association, or a gap in the data. The report covers what an issuer can technically do to holders. It does not tell you whether an asset is safe or worth buying.
